Estima-se que entre 2020 e 2026, o crescimento dos treinamentos EAD aumentar\u00e1 mais de 200%.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>O boom do Treinamento Remoto, durante e ap\u00f3s a COVID-19<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Com a chegada da COVID-19 e o distanciamento social, o trabalho remoto ganhou popularidade na maioria dos setores e os planos de transforma\u00e7\u00e3o digital das empresas foram acelerados. Como resultado, o treinamento remoto ganhou for\u00e7a e o aprendizado virtual, uma nova habilidades-chave para superar a crise p\u00f3s-pandemia, assumiu um grande protagonismo. Segundo a UNESCO, 191 pa\u00edses no mundo (98% da popula\u00e7\u00e3o estudantil mundial) mudaram para aulas online.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durante a pandemia, houve um avan\u00e7o tecnol\u00f3gico e ferramentas corporativas como Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet e plataformas especializadas em educa\u00e7\u00e3o online experimentaram um crescimento significativo em usu\u00e1rios e assinaturas. trabalho inteligente<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A pandemia obrigou a grande maioria das empresas a implementar o trabalho remoto como uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o para a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o dar continuidade \u00e0s suas opera\u00e7\u00f5es, sem colocar em risco a sa\u00fade de seus trabalhadores.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De acordo com um relat\u00f3rio da consultoria Gartner, at\u00e9 meados de 2020, 88% das organiza\u00e7\u00f5es em todo o mundo haviam incentivado ou exigido que seus funcion\u00e1rios trabalhassem em casa devido \u00e0 COVID-19. Por outro lado, a revista TIME classificou esse fato como &#8220;o maior experimento de trabalho remoto do mundo&#8221;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Embora inicialmente o trabalho remoto parecesse ser uma medida tempor\u00e1ria, um grande n\u00famero de empresas adaptou seus processos para manter essa din\u00e2mica at\u00e9 hoje.
