Caso contr\u00e1rio, adotar\u00e3o pr\u00e1ticas como trabalhar o m\u00ednimo exigido pelos seus l\u00edderes <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">(Quiet quitting),<\/span><\/i><span contr\u00e1rio das gera\u00e7\u00f5es anteriores, que esperavam trabalhar para apenas algumas empresas durante a sua carreira, hoje as pessoas constroem carreiras de
